Comment: Removed "Tamil" from title and text because the process is applicable to nay typ of fonts, not just Tamil fonts

In order to install tamil fonts you should create a folder called .fonts in home folder.

And paste the .ttf or tamil fonts in the folder and the fonts will Create a ~/.fonts directory and copy the font files into it.  The font files may be TrueType (.ttf) and others.  TODO: list the others.

Testing: the fonts should be shown in the fonts list.  TODO: how to access the fonts list?
