Implementation of a suggestion mechanism for changes to be done in ASyncTo.
- A resident goes to Telephone Service, and sees that his email address is not up to date
- TS can fill up a form, with the entry (the ldap DN for the resident), the field to be updated, the proposed change and a description (reason) for the change
- The suggestion software sends a mail to the service in charge of the field
- A person from the service can apply or refuse the suggestion
